God loves marriages, and He hates those who mock and diminish the sacredness of it. There is no sin in interracial marriage; but, there is sin if the marriage is only based upon an agenda, and not based upon love and commitment.
I think parents should explain to their teenage children the possible negative repercussions of a mixed marriage; but, also let them know what Hebrews 13:4 teaches.
I'll tell you what, God isn't going to judge those who marry interracially ... One thing is absolutely certain, God forbids a saved person from dating or marrying an unsaved person (2nd Corinthians -17).
If a Christian marries an unsaved person, then they will have the Devil for a father-in-law.
There is an agenda today to promote marriage between different races.
God segregated mankind in the Bible at Babel, that all men might seek the Lord (Acts -27).

" Answer: The Old Testament Law commanded the Israelites not to engage in interracial marriage (Deuteronomy 7:3–4).
However, the reason for this command was not skin color or ethnicity. The reason God commanded against interracial marriage for the Jews was that people of other races were worshippers of false gods.
"Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge." -Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is permissible between the races.
However, it is sinful and unbiblical to deliberately promote interracial marriage with the intent of unifying the world.
